Discarded Alcohol
This is an ongoing series that started when I was walking home from Camberwell. I came across so many bottles and cans of alcohol, presumably from the night before. Something I noticed was they were all placed upright, rather than just tossed on the ground, as if they had been left for someone to come back to. It felt, to me, that people subconsciously feel bad about littering, even when inebriated. Not bad enough to not do it, but enough to leave their rubbish somewhat orderly. Intrigued by this phenomenon, I decided to capture a photograph every time I find a bottle or can of alcohol that has been left in this state.
